Adam Campbell paid a special visit to Hartlepool fan Tony in the Victoria Park Lounge on Tuesday night.

Tony recently suffered a terrible brain injury which saw him in intensive care for several weeks.

After returning from hospital, Tony was desperate to return to the Prestige Group Stadium and watch his lifelong-supported team.

Now that’s he back at the Vic, Campbell surprised Tony with a signed shirt in hospitality on Tuesday night.
