Hartlepool United are delighted to announce the new season ticket options for the coming 2024/25 campaign.
During the course of the 2023/24 season the Club made significant investment into improving the matchday experience following feedback from fans. This included: the roll out of digital match and season tickets to reduce waiting times both at ticket offices and turnstiles; initial improvements to the PA system in parts of the ground with the remainder to be completed this coming season; the introduction of new local catering companies and expansion of the range of beverages at bars and kiosks; a significant investment to replace the seating in the Acland Homes Stand; and renovation of our sensory room to ensure that football at the Suit Direct Stadium is as comfortable and accessible to more fans than ever before.
The Club will continue to strive to improve the overall match day experience for fans of all ages and abilities. In due course we will also be announcing a formal means for fans to provide feedback which will help shape future work and investment into our matchday experience.
Like with most of businesses in recent years, the Club has been subject to an unprecedented rise in costs including with the likes of gas, electric, matchday staffing, catering and policing. These have been very significant and the club is not immune to the increases when trying to deliver its service and the matchday experience for fans. A proportion of these cost increases are reflected in the prices for the new season. The decision to raise prices has been a very difficult one given the cost of living pressures that many fans face, but we have tried to keep the increase to a bare minimum against what is a huge rise in running costs across the entire stadium and club operation. Despite the rise, our season ticket prices still remain very competitive against other clubs in our league and provide value for money in comparison to purchasing on a match-by-match basis.
Our early bird offer will run until 30th June 2024 at which point prices will increase to our standard rates.

Individual matchday prices have increased for the first time in a number of seasons, meaning that there is even more incentive to purchase a season ticket. Both early bird and standard season ticket prices provide a significant saving on buying on a match-by-match basis. Adult early bird season ticket purchases can benefit from the equivalent of 6.75 free games throughout the season while standard season ticket purchases benefit from the equivalent of 5.75 free games. Concession early bird purchases benefit from the equivalent of 5.81 free games throughout the season while standard concession purchases benefit from the equivalent of 4.78 free games. U18s and U14s can benefit from up to the equivalent of 13.83 free games throughout the season.

Given the cost of living pressures that we currently face, if any supporters feel they require a payment plan in order to purchase a season ticket then they should contact the club ticket office via email: tickets@hartlepoolunited.co.uk. Payment instalments are not guaranteed and any payment plans approved by the club must be completed in full before July 31st to validate a season ticket.

- 18-21 (aged 18-21 inclusive) as at 31st July 2024
- Under 18 (aged 14-17 inclusive) as at 31st July 2024
- Under 14 (aged 5 to 13 inclusive) as at 31st July 2024
- Under 5s free with a full paying adult as at 31st July 2024
- Companions (Carer) for fans who may require additional support (high rated disability or Enhanced PIP)
We also ask fans to be aware that no juniors under the age of 14 are allowed entry into the Suit Direct Stadium without an accompanying adult.
Current Season Ticket Holders
Current season ticket holders will have until close of play on the 10th July to reserve their current seat. After this point, all unsold seats will be released for general sale. All other seats are available on a first come, first served basis.
