Welcome to the Suit Direct Stadium! We have put together this guide to help you plan your first visit to the ground to make the day as stress free as possible.
It’s always great to look at the matchday experience with a fresh pair of eyes, so if you have any suggestions or feedback we would love to hear from you at firstname.lastname@example.org and mark for the attention of Sarah Rowntree, Supporter Liaison Officer.
Tickets are available in advance from our website Hartlepool United FC (venuetoolbox.com) or in person from the ticket office which is open 10am-4pm Monday to Friday, and 10am until kick off on home matchdays.
Full details of pricing can be found here: Matchday Prices - Hartlepool United
The ticket office does get very busy from 1pm onwards on matchdays, so we would always recommend buying in advance where possible. This also means that you can ensure you get the seats of your choosing and your loyalty points are added to your account for priority for away and cup games.
Tickets purchased in advance will be available to collect from the main ticket office on Clarence Road. After 1pm on matchday Saturdays (5:45pm for evening fixtures), tickets will be available from the collection window for the relevant stand. If you are unsure, please ask a member of staff who will be happy to help.
The ticket window on the Teesside International Airport Stand also sells tickets from 1pm (card only).
We offer discounted tickets for children, students, young people, seniors and armed forces.
We will ask for identification to prove ages for concession tickets, which can be uploaded to your account when purchasing tickets (via “Documents” section in “Edit my details”) or can be provided when you collect your tickets from the ticket office. We will then upload this to your account it won’t be needed for future purchases. This just helps us to confirm that the right category of ticket has been purchased.
We are unable to issue concession tickets without seeing proof of concessionary rate so please be aware and ensure that you provide the correct identification.
Under 5s can attend for free when accompanied by a full paying adult but they will require a ticket so please ensure you order this along with the rest of your party.
We also offer a free carer ticket to accompany fans who are in receipt of Higher Rate Disability Allowance or Enhanced PIP (we will need to see proof of this benefit).
Where to sit
The Longbranch Homes Stand, is our main stand and is fully seated with great views. It also houses our designed Family Enclosure in Blocks A and B and our Directors area and Disabled Enclosure.
The Teesside International Airport Stand is where the famous “North West Corner” is located and there is seating and terracing available. It’s popular with fans who like to chant and sing and hosts the local drummer. If you would like to stand, but prefer a quieter experience, we would suggest the Brunel Stand behind the goal. Please note that U14s cannot purchase tickets in Block F of the stand Teesside International Airport Stand but are welcome anywhere else within this area.
