Welcome to the Suit Direct Stadium! Whether it’s your first visit, or you’ve been supporting Pools for years, we know it can be stressful to plan with little ones in tow, so we have put together this guide to hopefully make your visit a little easier.
We are constantly striving to improve the matchday experience for families, so if you have any suggestions or feedback we would love to hear from you at email@example.com and mark for the attention of Sarah Rowntree, Supporter Liaison Officer.
Tickets are available in advance from our website Hartlepool United FC (venuetoolbox.com) or in person from the ticket office which is open 10am-4pm Monday to Friday, and 10am until kick off on home matchdays.
Full details of pricing can be found here: Matchday Prices - Hartlepool United
The ticket office does get very busy from 1pm onwards on matchdays, so we would always recommend buying in advance where possible (we appreciate this isn’t always easy when you have children to consider!)
Tickets purchased in advance will be available to collect from the main ticket office on Clarence Road. After 1pm on matchday Saturdays (5:45pm for evening fixtures), tickets will be available from the collection window for the relevant stand. If you are unsure, please ask a member of staff who will be happy to help.
We will ask for identification to prove ages for concession tickets, which can be uploaded to your account when purchasing tickets (via “Documents” section in “Edit my details”) or can be provided when you collect your tickets from the ticket office. We will then upload this to your account it won’t be needed for future purchases. This just helps us to confirm that the right category of ticket has been purchased.
We are unable to issue concession tickets without seeing proof of concessionary rate so please be aware and ensure that you provide the correct identification.
Under 5s can attend for free when accompanied by a full paying adult but they will require a ticket so please ensure you order this along with the rest of your party.
Where to sit
If you are visiting with younger children we would recommend sitting in the Longbranch Homes Stand, in particular Blocks A and B are our designated Family Enclosure.
Older children may prefer the atmosphere of the Teesside International Airport Stand where the famous “North West Corner” is located and there is seating and terracing available. It does get a little noisy at times though, so it isn’t for everybody. If you would like to stand but, prefer a quieter experience, we would suggest the Brunel Stand behind the goal. Please note that U14s cannot purchase tickets in Block F of the stand Teesside International Airport Stand but are welcome anywhere else within this area.

Parking at the ground is limited and bookable in advance by calling 01429 272584.
There is also limited street parking around the ground and pay and display car parks at the transport interchange and Middleton Grange Shopping Centre which are a short walk away. Parking in some town centre car parks is free for the first 3 hours so it’s worth the walk if you are able.
We are close to the transport interchange for train journeys and also regular buses run into the town centre and Hartlepool Marina.

Food and Drink
There are plenty of chain and independent restaurants if you want to make a day of your trip to the Suit Direct Stadium, or once inside the ground our catering cabins are stocked with a range of hot food, hot and cold drinks and snacks.
Our cheeky monkey mascot H’Angus will be around the ground in the build up to the game and loves being stopped for a photograph or two!
