Welcome to The Prestige Group Stadium! Whether it’s your first visit, or you’ve been supporting Pools for years, we know it can be stressful to plan with little ones in tow, so we have put together this guide to hopefully make your visit a little easier.
We are constantly striving to improve the matchday experience for families, so if you have any suggestions or feedback we would love to hear from you at supporterliaison@hartlepoolunited.co.uk and mark for the attention of Sarah Rowntree, Supporter Liaison Officer.
Tickets
Tickets are available in advance from our website or in person from the ticket office which is open 10am-4pm Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, and 10am until kick off on home matchdays.
Full details of pricing can be found here: Matchday Prices – Hartlepool United
The ticket office does get very busy from 1pm onwards on matchdays, so we would always recommend buying in advance where possible (we appreciate this isn’t always easy when you have children to consider!)
Concessions
Please be advised that we may ask for ID for concessions when they reach the turnstiles. It’s not always easy to gauge how old somebody is, so if your concessions are stopped please don’t take offence and be prepared if they look older/younger than their age. We will always ask for Student and Veteran ID so please make sure you carry this with you.
If you are unable to provide the relevant ID when stopped you may be required to pay adult price.
Under 5s can attend for free when accompanied by a full paying adult but they will require a ticket so please ensure you order this along with the rest of your party.
Where to sit
If you are visiting with younger children we would recommend sitting in the Longbranch Homes Stand, in particular Blocks A and B are our designated Family Enclosure.
Older children may prefer the atmosphere of The Acland Homes Stand where the famous “North West Corner” is located and there is seating and terracing available. It does get a little noisy at times though, so it isn’t for everybody. If you would like to stand but, prefer a quieter experience, we would suggest the Brunel Stand behind the goal. Please note that U14s cannot purchase tickets in Block F of The Acland Homes Stand but are welcome anywhere else within this area.
