Guide For Disabled Fans

Welcome to Victoria Park, home of Hartlepool United FC. We hope to make your experience as comfortable as possible.

Tickets

Tickets are charged at normal rates, companions are admitted free of charge for those fans on high rate disability living allowance or enhanced PIP.

You will be asked for proof of the above entitlement.

Wheelchair Places

There are 21 wheelchair spaces in front of the Longbranch Homes Stand at the South side for home fans.

There is also a bay for 7 wheelchairs in the Simpson Millar Stand for visiting supporters.

No seats are specifically designated for the disabled nor is there a particular allocation for the visually impaired.  Ambulant disabled fans are permitted to go in any area of the ground.

Facilities

There is one disabled toilet behind the Longbranch Homes Stand (main stand), one behind the Simpson Millar Solicitors Stand (away stand) and one behind Acland Homes Stand as well as one in our Centenary Lounge.

There is a small step into our main reception and Club Shop, please let us know if you need access and wheelchair ramps can be provided.

Our ticket office is accessible via wheelchair, if you have any difficulties, please ask a member of staff who will be more than happy to help.

We also have a hearing loop in both the ticket office and Club shop. Please make us aware if you require this.

Parking
There are limited disabled car parking spaces available in our Official car park at a fee per game, or a seasonal pass is available for all 23 home League games only.

There are also limited number of disabled spaces available on a first come first served basis on Clarence Road.

Please note: Clarence Road is closed off to general traffic 2 hours prior to kick off. For car park and disabled spaces please use North entrance (Middleton Road)
