Buying Tickets

There are plenty of options for buying and receiving your ticket for matches here at The Suit Direct Stadium.

We ask supporters to be aware of the following:

  • Home fans must be registered on our database to purchase tickets. This will ensure that you are able to build up your loyalty points for future high demand games. We encourage fans to register in advance via our website Hartlepool United FC (venuetoolbox.com) if they have not already done so. 
  • Relevant ID will be required for all concessionary tickets. This can be provided on collection, emailed to tickets@hartlepoolunited.co.uk or uploaded to your online account. Once your ID is uploaded to your account we won't ask to see it again when purchasing tickets. 
  • We would always encourage fans to purchase tickets in advance to speed up the matchday experience.
  • Under 14s will not be allowed entry to The Suit Direct Stadium without an accompanying adult
  • If purchasing online for other fans, please ensure your accounts are linked. This can be done by contacting the ticket office on 01429 272584 or emailing tickets@hartlepoolunited.co.uk. This will ensure that they receive their loyalty points and does not result in multiple accounts with us.

When you buy online the following delivery options become available to you:

Delivery: A ticket will be delivered to your address via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. This is for UK Mainland only and will be subject to a £1 delivery charge.

Collection: Tickets are available to collect from the Hartlepool United Ticket Office on non-matchdays. On the day of the game, up until 1pm tickets will be available to collect from the main ticket office. After 1pm they will be distributed to the relevant ticket collection point as highlighted below:

Clarence Road (Brunel Stand end) – Longbranch Homes and Brunel Stand tickets.

Millhouse Side (near Corner Flag) – Teesside International Airport Stand tickets.

Main ticket office – Simpson Millar Stand (away fans)

Please note that any complimentary tickets are to be collected from Main Reception.

In Person (In Advance)

Please note the following changes to ticket office opening hours for 2022/23.

Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm

Saturday home games 10am-kick off

Evening games 12pm-kick off

We will also operate a late evening on Thursday nights prior to home games from 12pm-7pm for ticket purchases and collections to save queues on matchdays.

The main ticket office can accept payment by cash or card.

Matchdays

Main Ticket Office

The Main Ticket Office will sell tickets to home and away fans by cash or card.

Please note this gets extremely busy from 1pm onwards and we would recommend buying in advance wherever possible.

The ticket office will be open from 10am for Saturday home games and 12pm for evening games. 

Mill House Side (Teesside International Airport Stand)
The Box Office on the Mill House side of the ground will sell tickets for payment by card only for the Teesside International Airport Stand.

Membership Points

Home supporters will receive 20 points per home game or away game they purchase a ticket for. Points for away games are only eligible if tickets are purchased directly from us. To receive these points, tickets must be purchased in the supporter’s individual name. Points cannot be awarded retrospectively.

Please ensure you do not open multiple accounts in your name as this will mean that loyalty points may not be allocated to the correct account.

We would always encourage fans to purchase tickets in advance to reduce the need to queue on matchdays.
