Featherstone is currently sixth in the all-time appearance list for Hartlepool United with over 400 appearances for the Club.

The central midfielder played for Hull City, Wallsall and Hereford before making his way to Hartlepool in October 2014.

Featherstone’s time at Hartlepool includes a great escape from League Two relegation in 2015 and a National League play-off final win in 2021.

Ahead of his 11th season with the Club, Featherstone signed a dual contract to become a player-coach under Darren Sarll in May 2024
