The towering frontman, who has twice won promotion to the Football League, joined Hartlepool in the summer after winning the 2023 FA Trophy with Halifax Town.
After progressing through Sheffield Wednesday's academy, Dieseruvwe played for the likes of Chesterfield and Kidderminster Harriers.
He joined Salford City in 2017 and won back-to-back promotions with The Ammies, scoring in the 2019 National League play-off final. He then helped Salford win the 2020 EFL Trophy.
Dieseruvwe also won promotion to League Two with Grimsby Town in 2022, on loan from Tranmere Rovers. Last season was spent with Halifax, where he finished as their top scorer on 13 goals.
