The forward, who is the son of former Liberia and Arsenal attacker Christopher Wreh, joined Pools ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.
Wreh, born in New York, had spells in non-league with the likes of Rushden & Diamonds, Newport Pagnell and Banbury United.
He spent last season in the National League with Southend United, making 27 appearances.
