The powerful forward joined Hartlepool in July 2022 and finished as the club's top scorer during his first season at the Suit Direct Stadium with 15 goals.
London-born Umerah came through Chartlon Athletic's youth set-up and played three times at senior level, alongside loan moves to Kilmarnock, Wycombe Wanderers and Boreham Wood.
He had spells with Ebbsfleet, Torquay and Wealdstone before putting pen to paper for Pools.
