Covid Regulations
You will not be temperature checked before entering the ground. However, if you are experiencing Covid symptoms then please don’t attend.
It is not a condition of entry for fans to be double vaccinated or have taken a Covid test.
Turnstiles
Turnstiles open 1.30pm.
Turnstiles operate with specific concession queues which will be clearly identifiable; please ensure you bring ID if you are using a concession ticket as you may be asked to prove your concessionary rate.

Adults: C4, C6
Concessions (and accompanying adults): C3, C5
Brunel Group Stand
Adults: C8, N12, N13,
Concessions (and accompanying adults): C7, N14
Ticket Office
Tickets will be available to purchase on the day from both the Clarence Road ticket office and the entrance of the club shop. Season tickets will be able to collect up until 1pm.
Clarence Road ticket offices: 10am-KO
Teesside International Airport Stand collection point will not be open.
Please purchase your tickets early to avoid the queues.
Please ensure you provide concession ID if applicable and are prepared to be registered on our database if you are not already.
New Collection Point
General admission tickets for The Brunel Stand and Longbranch Homes Stand will be available for collection from the ticket window on Clarence Road next to the disabled gates (Morrison’s End) from 1pm onwards. Prior to this point they should be collected from the main ticket office.
Bars and hospitality
Hospitality will be open from 12.30pm. Tickets collected from reception.
Please be aware, the entrance to hospitality is now through CK3.
The Centenary Bar unfortunately will be closed.
Club 1908 will open at 12.30pm and close at KO. The bar will then re-open after the game till late.
Kiosk, Bar and Catering
All Kiosk, Bar and Catering areas will be open from 1.30pm till kick-off and then once again open at halftime.
There will be no glass bottles in any of the bars or kiosks, plastic cups and bottles will be provided.
Club Shop
The Club shop will be closed until the 23rd of July.
Programmes and Lottery tickets
Programmes will be available around the ground for £3.
Parking
Clarence road will be closed two hours before kick-off and one hour after the game finishes. You can book car parking for either one game or a seasonal pass by emailing:
