Hartlepool United kick off their pre-season away to local side FC Hartlepool in Simon Grayson’s first match as First Team Manager

 

The fixture is the first game of the 2025-26 schedule for Pools as they prepare for the upcoming National League season.

Pools will also debut their new Meyba away strip in this fixture.

FC Hartlepool are the opponents for the opener, founded in 1993 as Fens Hotel, rebranding in 2019.

FC were promoted to the Northern League Division Two in 2024 and finished a comfortable ninth place last season – securing Northern League football for another season.

 

Tickets

Supporters can purchase tickets in advance from the Pavillion Bar at Grayfields (open Monday until 10:30 pm) or by emailing chris.murray@fchartlepool.com 

Tickets have been limited to 2,000.

Tickets are available to supporters on the day subject to availability.

Tickets can be bought at the main gate, but supporters are advised to arrive in plenty of time.

Adult tickets are priced at £8.

Concession (65+) tickets are priced at £4.

Under 16 tickets are priced at £2, but must be accompanied by an adult.

There will be ticketing checks in place.

 

Information for supporters

This fixture will take place at Grayfields Enclosure, Hartlepool (TS24 8PJ) – kicking off at 7 pm.

Turnstiles will be open from 5:30 pm.

There is no street parking in place for this fixture.

Pre-paid parking at Jesmond Road School is priced at £3.

There is an overflow car park via Thornhill Gardens Allotments.

There is no segregation in place for this fixture.

No liquids are allowed on site.

Alcohol will be restricted pitchside but will be available from the bar outlets during the match.
