Match Preview | FC Halifax Town

Hartlepool United make the trip to the Shay Stadium to face FC Halifax Town in the Enterprise National League following a midweek stalemate with Morecambe

Nicky Featherstone’s side will look to gain maximum points on the road for the first time since September’s 1-0 win at Gateshead.

Following Tuesday night’s 1-1 draw with the Shrimps, they travel to Yorkshire in search of victory.

The Shaymen are without a league win since early October – a 2-0 win at home to Brackley Town.

The hosts sit ninth in the National League, two points ahead of Pools.

Last Time Out

The sides last met at the Shay Stadium in March, as Pools ran out 1-0 winners.

Reyes Cleary’s strike was the difference between the sides.
