Hartlepool United can confirm Louis Stephenson has returned to the Prestige Group Stadium following the expiration of his short-term loan at Blyth Spartans.

The right-back played every minute of Blyth’s four league games since making the move to Croft Park midway through September.

Stephenson, who has made 26 senior appearances for Pools, returns to the Prestige Group Stadium with immediate effect.
