Pools confirm retained list following 2025/26 season

Hartlepool United can confirm its retained list following the conclusion of the 2025/26 season.

The list follows a review of the Club’s football operations in recent months, delivered by Bromby & Partners, establishing a clear structure and direction for the football department.

Key decisions have been taken on player retention and contract options, with further discussions ongoing as the Club builds a competitive squad for next season.

“We’re pleased to retain a strong core group and to have secured players we believe will play an important role. I also want to thank those leaving the Club for their professionalism and contribution during their time here.

“A number of important decisions have already been taken to strengthen the structure of the football department, giving us a clear platform to build from as we look ahead to next season and beyond.

“There is still important work to be done, including the appointment of a new first-team coach and the continued development of our backroom structure. That work is ongoing, and we are confident we are putting the right people and processes in place to achieve our ambitions.”

Hartlepool United would like to thank all departing players for their contribution during their time at the Club and wish them every success for the future.
