Pools Women announce Cicor as Official Team Partner

Hartlepool United Women are delighted to announce Cicor Hartlepool Ltd as Official Team Partner for the 2026/27 season.

The partnership reflects Cicor’s commitment to giving back to the communities in which it operates and will support the continued development of the Women’s team.

Cicor is a global electronics manufacturing and engineering group serving the healthcare technology, industrial, aerospace and defence sectors.

Its Hartlepool operation has approximately 40 years of electronics manufacturing experience and employs around 130 people at its 6,000m² facility on Brenda Road.

The site specialises in printed circuit board assembly, complete system assembly and power-supply solutions for industrial, A&D, medical and connected technologies.

Rose Stoker, Commercial & Operations Director at Hartlepool United, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Cicor as the Official Team Partner of Hartlepool United Women.

“Cicor is a global company with a longstanding presence in Hartlepool and a significant local workforce. Its commitment to giving back to the communities in which it operates makes the company an excellent partner for the Women’s team.

“Developing Hartlepool United Women and creating more opportunities for women and girls to engage with football across the area remain important priorities for the Club.

“Cicor’s backing will support that work, helping us strengthen the team and raise its profile throughout the town.

“We’re extremely grateful for their commitment and look forward to working closely with the Cicor team throughout the campaign.”

Matthew Pemrick, Managing Director at Cicor Hartlepool Ltd, added: “We’re extremely proud to become the Official Team Partner of Hartlepool United Women.

“While Cicor operates across the world, it is important that we remain closely connected to the communities in which our sites are based. We have been part of Hartlepool for over 40 years, and many of the 130 people who work at our facility live in the town and surrounding area.

“This partnership gives us an opportunity to contribute to the local community while supporting the continued growth of women’s football in Hartlepool.

“We want to help the team develop, increase its profile and encourage more women and girls across the area to become involved in the game.

“We’re looking forward to supporting the players and staff throughout the season and seeing what the team can achieve.”

Hartlepool United Women begin their 2026/27 season away to Darlington FC Women on Sunday 23 August before opening their North East Regional Women’s Football League campaign at home to Norton & Stockton Ancients Reserves on Sunday 6 September.
