Pools to introduce new ticketing system as TicketCo partnership confirmed

Hartlepool United will introduce a new ticketing system from the 2026/27 season after agreeing a multi-year partnership with TicketCo, one of the UK’s leading digital ticketing platforms.

The new platform will be in place ahead of the 2026/27 campaign, making it easier for supporters to buy, manage and access their tickets both online and on matchdays at the Prestige Group Stadium.

It will also be used for the 2026/27 season ticket launch, with further details to be released next week.

The move follows a review of the Club’s existing systems and is designed to deliver a more streamlined and flexible ticketing experience, aligned with how supporters now engage with football.

Supporters will benefit from a simpler purchasing journey and improved functionality across multiple devices, while the Club will gain greater insight into supporter engagement to support more relevant and effective communication.

It is a clear step in ensuring the Club’s systems reflect the expectations of modern supporters, as Hartlepool United continues to strengthen its operations both on and off the pitch.

Rose Stoker, Operations & Commercial Director at Hartlepool United, said: “This is a significant step forward for the Club and a real upgrade in the ticketing experience we provide for our supporters.

“Our focus is simple. We want to make every part of the ticketing experience easier and more flexible and better suited to how supporters engage with football today.

“This platform does that by improving access and giving fans more control over how they buy and manage their tickets.

“As we look ahead to the 2026/27 season, this is about delivering a more modern and connected experience that reflects what our supporters expect from their Club.”

TicketCo is a European technology company focused on sport, providing ticketing platforms designed to streamline matchday operations and enhance the supporter experience.

Founded in Norway in 2013, the company works with clubs and leagues across the UK, Ireland and Scandinavia, and is an official partner of the Enterprise National League, with a growing presence across the game and wider live events sector.

David Kenny, VP UK & Ireland at TicketCo, said: “We’re proud to partner with Hartlepool United FC at such a pivotal moment for the club, following the recent takeover by Landon Smith and the clear ambition to return to the EFL.

“It has been a real pleasure getting to know everyone at Hartlepool United FC during this process, and I’d like to extend a special acknowledgement to Sarah Rowntree for her professionalism and collaboration throughout.

“Our focus is on delivering a seamless, flexible ticketing experience that puts fans first while giving the club full control of its data to drive smarter commercial decisions.

“By combining mobile ticketing with advanced BI and AI capabilities, we’re helping Hartlepool strengthen supporter loyalty, unlock new revenue opportunities, and support their long-term vision both on and off the pitch.”
