Hartlepool United has introduced a new Supporter Loyalty Scheme and frozen advance bought Matchday Ticket prices for the 2026/27 season and ahead of the new campaign.

Following the decision to freeze Season Ticket prices earlier this year, supporters purchasing Matchday Tickets in advance will also benefit from unchanged prices across every category.

Adult tickets will remain £22, with Concession (Over 65), Armed Forces, Students and Young Adult (18-21) tickets £16, Under-18s £11 and Under-14s £6 when purchased in advance.

Alongside the Matchday Ticket price freeze, the new Supporter Loyalty Scheme will provide a fair and transparent process for allocating priority access to high-demand fixtures should demand exceed availability.

Supporters will earn loyalty points through a range of purchases and experiences, including Season Tickets, memberships, home and away Matchday Tickets, hospitality and selected Club purchases.

Season Ticket holders will receive the highest allocation of loyalty points in recognition of their continued commitment, while supporters attending matches throughout the season will also build points every time they back Pools.

“Our aim is simple. We want to see as many supporters as possible at Victoria Park this season. Whether you’ve been coming for years, haven’t been for a while or you’re thinking about joining us for the first time, we want following Pools to be affordable, accessible and something everyone can enjoy.

“The new Loyalty Scheme is about recognising every supporter who backs the Club. Season Ticket holders will receive the highest allocation of loyalty points in recognition of their continued commitment, while supporters who attend regularly throughout the season without a Season Ticket will also build points every time they back Pools.

“It gives us a fair and transparent way of recognising that loyalty, while ensuring priority access to high-demand fixtures is awarded to those who have supported the Club most regularly. The points will also carry forward from season to season, rewarding supporters for their long-term commitment.

“Nothing makes a bigger difference than a full Victoria Park. The atmosphere our supporters create can lift the players, and we want Lee, his staff and the squad to have that backing every time they step onto the pitch.

“We also want supporters to see the progress being made across the football club, both on and off the pitch, and continue creating the atmosphere that makes Victoria Park such a special place on matchdays.”

2026/27 Matchday Ticket Prices

Matchday Ticket prices for the 2026/27 season are as follows:

*Over 65, Armed Forces, Student, 18-21

**Must be accompanied by an adult (18+) on entry and throughout the match

Advance prices are available until midnight on the day before each home fixture when purchased through the Club’s TicketCo platform.

Companion tickets remain available free of charge for supporters receiving the medium or high rate of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or the enhanced rate of Personal Independence Payment (PIP).

Supporter Loyalty Scheme

The Supporter Loyalty Scheme will award loyalty points throughout the season across a range of purchases and experiences, including:

 Points for purchases already made this season will be updated in upcoming days.

Should demand exceed availability for selected fixtures, priority access will be allocated based on accumulated loyalty points.

Please note: loyalty points will only be added when tickets purchased via supporter profiles online. Currently loyalty points cannot be added when tickets purchased instore. This does not apply to season tickets which will all be eligible for loyalty points. Loyalty points can not be added retrospectively for tickets not purchased through an account.
