Hartlepool United has today launched a major Supporter Survey, giving fans the opportunity to share their views and help shape the future direction of the Club.
The survey forms part of the Club’s commitment to strengthening engagement with supporters and ensuring fans play an active role in helping influence the future of Pools.
Supporters are invited to provide feedback across a wide range of areas including matchday experience, communication and media, ticketing, supporter engagement, retail, accessibility, community impact and the overall direction of the Club.
The survey has been designed to help the Club better understand supporter priorities, experiences and expectations as work continues across all areas of the Club ahead of the new season.
Rose Stoker, Commercial & Operations Director at Hartlepool United, said: “Since Landon Smith’s takeover of the Club earlier this year, there has been a real focus on strengthening the connection between Pools and its supporters, while ensuring fans feel listened to and involved in the future direction of the Club.
“Our supporters care deeply about Pools, and we must continue creating meaningful opportunities for them to have their say across all areas of the Club.
“This survey is about understanding what matters most to supporters as we continue building for the future, both on and off the pitch.
“We want fans to feel genuinely connected to the Club and part of what we are working to create together and the feedback we receive will play an important role in helping shape future decision-making.”
The survey is now live and supporters are encouraged to take part and share their views:
The survey will remain open until Tuesday 9th June.
