Hartlepool United is delighted to announce Persimmon Homes as the Club’s Official South Stand Partner for the 2026/27 season.
As part of the new commercial agreement, the Town End at Victoria Park will carry the Persimmon Homes name and branding throughout the campaign.
The partnership with one of the UK’s leading housebuilders further strengthens Pool’s growing portfolio of commercial partners as the new season gets under way.
With an established presence across the region, Persimmon Homes is committed to supporting the communities in which it operates and making a positive contribution to local areas.
Rose Stoker, Commercial & Operations Director at Hartlepool United, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Persimmon Homes as our Official South Stand Partner for the 2026/27 season.
“Persimmon is one of the country’s leading housebuilders and already has strong links across the region. Just as importantly, it understands the value of supporting local communities, which makes the company a natural fit for Pools.
“The Town End is a key part of Victoria Park and the Persimmon Homes branding will have a prominent place within the matchday experience. It gives the company a great opportunity to connect with our supporters and build its relationship with the wider Hartlepool community.
“Bringing a business of Persimmon’s standing on board is another positive step for the Club and further strengthens our growing portfolio of commercial partners as the new season gets under way.
“We’re excited to begin working with the Persimmon team and look forward to building a strong partnership that brings real value to the Club, the company and the town.”
Persimmon Homes is part of Persimmon plc, one of the UK’s leading residential housebuilders. Headquartered in York, the Group operates through 29 regional offices and delivered 11,905 new homes across the UK in 2025.
Through its Teesside business, Persimmon Homes builds new homes across the region and supports local charities, community groups and good causes. Since 2015, its Community Champions programme has donated more than £3 million to over 3,500 organisations across Great Britain.
Natalie Bailey, Head of Sales at Persimmon Homes said: “We’re proud to become Hartlepool United’s Official South Stand Partner for the 2026/27 season and to strengthen our connection with the town.
“Pools has a proud place within the local community, bringing people together and representing Hartlepool with real passion. That community focus closely reflects our own values and the contribution we want to make in the areas in which we build.
“This is an exciting time for the Club, and the partnership gives us an opportunity to connect with supporters, build stronger relationships across Hartlepool and play a part in the Club’s continued development.
“We’re looking forward to seeing the Persimmon Homes name displayed at Victoria Park and working closely with the Club throughout the season.”
