Hartlepool United are pleased to announce the short-term loan signing of Joe Mattock from Harrogate Town.
The left-sided defender holds a good pedigree, spending over 12 seasons in the Championship with the likes of Leicester City, Sheffield Wednesday and Rotherham United.
Mattock, who holds nearly 500 career appearances, has also won promotion from League One on three occasions. He joins from Harrogate, having been at the EnviroVent Stadium since June 2022.
Upon signing for Pools, Mattock stated:
"I'm massively looking forward to it. It's a big club - I've played at the Suit Direct Stadium multiple times and it's always been bouncing. It's a good opportunity for me to get some games under my belt - I can't wait to get started."
