Hartlepool United are delighted to launch our 2022/23 season ticket campaign with our Early Bird offer on sale now until COB 31^st May 2022.

Supporters who take advantage of our early bird offer will secure their place for just £14.13 per game for an adult priced ticket and just £10.87 for concessions.

Poolies will notice a slight increase in price compared to last seasons which were priced for the National League at the time of launch (as the football club did not know which division we would be playing in), however, these still reflect a significant saving in comparison to match by match prices and the ‘Early Bird’ price remains cheaper than the standard pricing for last season with a £40 saving on 2021/22 standard pricing.

Also new for 2022/23, after much consideration, is a change in categorisation of concessionary tickets.

New price brackets are as follows:

• Adult
• Senior (over 65s) as at 29^th July 2022
• Armed Forces (veterans of serving personnel with Armed Forces ID or Service Card)
• Students (full time student with current NUS card)
• 18-21 (aged 18-21 inclusive) as at 29^thJuly 2022
• Under 18 (aged 14-17 inclusive) as at 29^th July 2022
• Under 14 (aged 5 to 13 inclusive) as at 29^th July 2022
• Under 5s (as at 29^th July 2022)

All concessionary categories will require proof of age on purchase of tickets. This can be provided in person or can be uploaded to your online account via the "Documents" section in “Edit My Details”. Alternatively please email totickets@hartlepoolunited.co.uk with a copy of your ID. This ID will then be uploaded to your account and will not be required for future purchases. Uploading your documents in advance will speed up your transaction in the Ticket Office.

Ambulant/wheelchair disabled fans pay their relevant age category and are entitled to a free carer if in receipt of high rate DLA or enhanced rate PIP (relevant paperwork must be produced at the time of purchase)

We remind fans that they will be asked for identification at the turnstiles and should ensure that this is available on request.

We also ask fans to be aware that no juniors under the age of 14 are allowed entry into The Suit Direct Stadium without an accompanying adult from the start of the 2022/23 season.

Current Season Ticket Holders

Current season ticket holders will have until Friday, 1^st July to reserve their current seat. After this point, all unsold seats will be released for general sale. All other seats are available on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

Tickets will be available to purchase online via our website www.hartlepoolunited.co.ukand will be available for collection from The Suit Direct Stadium or posted at an additional charge.

Season ticket dispatch

Adult season tickets purchased singularly – ready to collect/post within 1-2 days

Concessions/Adults purchased with concessions – dispatch/collection by end of week commencing 20^th May.

The Club will not be offering a finance plan this season, however we do not want any fan to miss out due to financial hardship. Should you wish to discuss this further please contact the Club.

North West Corner:

Upper Tier North West (Block F) is currently reserved and will be released for sale in upcoming weeks.

Please note: the charge for replacing a lost season ticket has increased to £50. We have seen an influx in the number of season tickets being claimed as lost, and whilst some of these claims are genuine, we know that the system is being abused.
