Hartlepool United are delighted to announce that David Ferguson has signed a new deal with the club. The influential full-back puts pen to paper on a new two year contract.
Originally joining prior to the 2020-21 season, Ferguson has been an integral figure for Pools over recent seasons.
In his first season with the club he helped the side to promotion via the National League Play-Offs and this season he's scored five goals and notched five assists, including crucial strikes against Harrogate and Blackpool to claim three points and a place in the fourth round of the FA Cup respectively.
David Ferguson added:
“I’m delighted to sign my new contract. The fans have been unbelievable to me ever since I joined and I can’t wait to continue my Hartlepool journey. I have already created so many great memories with this club and I can’t wait to push on and create more. The club has so much potential.”
Ferguson’s new deal will keep him with Hartlepool till the end of the 2023/24 season.
