Chairmans end of season notes

7 May 2022

Club Chairman, Raj Singh, delivers the below message to the fans.

With the last game of the season upon us, I’m sure all of us would have took what we have achieved this season back in August. However, as I have mentioned in various interviews, that I am an ambitious man and want to take the club higher up the pyramid.

To do that, a lot of things need to fall into place, whether that’s management and player recruitment or the income side both during the week and on matchdays.

In that respect, you as fans, couldn’t have done anything more this season, we have been overwhelmed by your support home and away and I want to thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart. Please keep your faith in me and everyone at the club. Believe me, we are not stood still and waiting for things to happen.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all the wonderful staff that we now have at the club who have made this season a success that it has been off the field. In particular, people like Stephen Hobin, Rose Stoker and Lee Rust who I know have took this club’s off the fields operations to another level. They are well aware that there is still a long way to go to where we have all set our sights.

They have a lot of improvement plans in place for the close season. Whether that is in the stadium, new till systems for the bars, training pitches or relaying the new pitch here. We hope to provide more details to our fans in the coming weeks.
