Hartlepool United can today confirm the departure of Neill Byrne. The defender joins Tranmere Rovers for an undisclosed fee.
Byrne joined the club last year, joining for an undisclosed fee from Halifax Town, and went on to make 51 appearances in all competitions last term scoring one goal.
