We are pleased toannounce travel options for fans for the Playoff Final on Sunday 20^th

June at Ashton Gate. Please see information below relating to coach travel,

flight and stadium parking:

Coach travel

Reays Travel and

Hartlepool United FC are pleased to be working in conjunction to arrange

supporters travel on Sunday 20^th June 2021 to Ashton Gate.

Coach travel is £50 per person.

Please select thespecific route you wish to travel before proceeding with the booking.

Please note – departure

is strictly at 06.00 from Victoria Park. Please arrive by 05.30 to ensure there

is enough time to find parking, have your temperature checked and board the

coach.

Route 2 Departure Points:

• Greatham, Hartlepool, TS25 2HW at06.30

Route 3 Departure Points:

Route 4 Departure Points:

All boarding will take place on CLARENCE

ROAD, outside of Victoria Park.  Your coach number will be printed on your

booking confirmation, please look out for this number in the front window of

the coach. Please note that car parking at Victoria Park will be limited, and

leaving your vehicle on site in the car park is done so at the owners' risk.

Arrival at Ashton Park will be around12.30hrs to 13.00hrs, comfort stops will be provided en-route.

Coaches will depart Ashton Park as soon as the

game has ended so please ensure you make your way straight back to your coach.

Please remember which coach number you travelled on to avoid departure delays.

If in the unlikely event there is a change in

Government guidance and social distancing will be required on the day of travel

which means lower capacity on the coach, an additional charge will be required

and you will be notified of this prior to travel.

Please note due to COVID-19 we have a procedure

that must be followed to allow safe travel onboard our coach. 

COVID-19 Coach Travel Requirements

• We will ask you at the time of booking if you have had a Covid

  vaccine – this is for information purposes only. You do not need a Covid

  vaccine to travel.
• Social distancing to be adhered to whilst boarding and unboardingthe coach
• A temperature check will be carried out before boarding, if this

  shows a high temperature we will ask you to take a lateral flow test.  If

  the test shows a positive, you will not be permitted to travel on the

  coach.  Current government guidance should be followed from here. If we

  refuse travel due to a positive test we will give you a refund
• Please arrive in plenty of time to allow checks to be carried out
• The wearing of face masks will be required whilst travelling on the

  coach with the exception of children under 11 or an exemption card for a

  medical condition
• The use of hand sanitizer and washing of hands will be required

Flight

The club has arranged

the option of a 72 seater chartered flight from Teesside International Airport

to Bristol Airport on Sunday 20^th June.

The flight will

leave Teesside International Airport at 10.30am and arrive at Bristol Airport

at 11.45am, and after the game will depart Bristol Airport at 6.00pm and arrive

back at Teesside International Airport at 7.15pm. In the event of extra time

and penalties, this departure time is flexible if required. A coach transfer

from Bristol Airport to Ashton Gate will also be available at an additional

charge.

The price of theflight will be £335, or £377.50 with a match ticket included.

In order to

confirm this flight, the airline requires the plane to be at full capacity of

72. With this in mind, if you would like to book this option could you please

Parking at Ashton Gate

Parking for the game is available for supporters to purchase

online and over the phone directly from Ashton Gate. To purchase online, please

Parking is priced at £30 per vehicle.
