The club can confirm that Pools Retail will be operating an 'off premises' click and collect operation with immediate effect and for the foreseeable future. The click and collect service will operate from the main reception door at Victoria Park as per the previous click and collect service, but instead of coming into the reception area Pools Retail customers will receive their order outside of the front door. Please take note of the following important information:
- All customers must have their order name and order number available
- All customers must wear a face mask at all times (unless medically exempt)
- The door to reception will be locked - please knock on the door or ring the bell. Alternatively call 01429 272584 ext 9 (Reception) when you are at the door
- The click and collect service will run Monday to Friday, 10am - 4pm
- We are not currently accepting items for an exchange/refund - however our standard 14 day exchange period will be extended as necessary when this service recommences
- All orders must be placed via our website www.poolsretail.com and payment made online. We cannot take orders or handle cash at the premises
- Our staff will wear appropriate PPE when greeting you at the door and handing you your order
Please note, all orders for delivery will be processed and delivered as usual but please allow for slight delays during this lockdown period.
