Hartlepool United are looking to bounce back from the 2-1 defeat on Tuesday night as they face Yeovil at The Vic.
A disappointing defeat at Eastleigh on Tuesday saw a goal after just 50 seconds from the hosts and then another on 25 minutes. Pools battled hard to get back in the game but despite a first league goal for Joe Grey, Eastleigh took all three points.
Yeovil Town currently sit 15th in the National League having played 21, won seven, drawn five, and lost nine. They also played on Tuesday night with a huge 3-2 victory at Boreham Wood. The Glovers are in a rich vein of form having also beaten Altrincham 2-0 last Saturday.
When Pools played at Huish Park in November, Yeovil sat bottom of the National League. A dream first half for Dave Challinor's men saw three goals in 43 minutes from Molyneux, Holohan and Magloire to seal a 3-1 victory. The two clubs have met 23 times in recent history, Pools winning 12 of them, drawing five and losing six.
