Pools game against Altrincham on Tuesday night will again be
available for live streaming, via the link below - which will also be shared

We have been working with our live match streaming partner,
Insight4, on an ongoing basis since the Bromley game to continue to improve the
service.We are aware that a number of fans experienced some issues with regards to quality of the stream during the Bromley game, particularly in the first half. We did make changes at half-time which resolved some of the issues for most viewers and have been working alongside Insight4 to review the issues and have implemented some further changes to the setup, designed to improve the quality for all viewers. Insight4 will also be on site during the game on Tuesday to assist with the broadcast.
Season ticket holders' access
For all season ticket holders who have received their
account details previously, these details remain the same and you can log into
your Insight4 account and access the game via the live stream link.For any season ticket holders who for any reason do not have
account log in details, please check your e-mail inbox as well as
spam/junk/other e-mail folders.If you can't find your details, click on the below link,
type in your email address as the username, click submit and wait for the reset
password e-mail (again please check all email folders). If the reset password
e-mail does go to spam/junk you will need to move it back into your inbox

Once the system has confirmed your new password, tryand log in again via the Insight4 website.

For all non-season ticket holders, please access the game
through the same game link in this article. This will bring you to the Insight4
website – if you have already registered and logged in then you will be taken
to a paywall where you will be required to enter your card details and pay
£9.99 to access the stream. Please ensure you select the correct game link.
Once the payment is processed you will be taken straight to the stream.If you have not previously registered, you will be required
to register after clicking the live stream link before being taken to the
paywall. You can go onto the Insight4 website in advance and register your
