Peter Kioso has completed a permanent move to Championshipoutfit Luton Town for an undisclosed fee.
A transfer deal was agreed on Tuesday morning which allowed
the defender to travel to Kenilworth Road to discuss personal terms and undergo
a medical.Kioso joined Pools in the summer of 2018 and quickly became
a popular figure with fans because of his whole-hearted displays and combative
style.His excellent form led to him being offered a new deal on
enhanced terms during the summer which was turned down, before the Club
subsequently exercised the option year in his original contract.Further offers were made to him during the course of the
current campaign which were all also turned down and it became clear that he
wished to explore alternatives.During his 18 months with Pools, Kioso made a total of 73
appearances and scored four goals, including one at Yeovil Town on Saturday in
what turned out to be his final game for the Club.Everyone at Victoria Park would like to thank Peter for hisefforts and wish him every success in his future career.
