Team News: Pools v Brackley Town

17 October 2019

Antony Sweeney has no new injury concerns ahead of Saturday'sFA Cup tie against Brackley Town at Victoria Park (3pm kick-off).

The caretaker boss must decide whether to make any

alterations to his side for the visit of the National League North outfit

following last weekend's impressive 3-0 win at Aldershot Town.

Myles Anderson is still ruled out with concussion but the defender is hoping to make some progress towards fitness over the next week or so within the protocols laid out surrounding head injuries.

Luke Williams is joining in some training on the grass now

but is still a little way from a return to full impact work following knee

surgery, while Luke Molyneux is still out after an ankle operation.

Brackley boss Kevin Wilkin will ponder his selection for theweekend after seeing his side beaten 1-0 at Southport last time out.

The Saints will have to make do without winger Wes York who joined the Club on loan earlier this month - he is cup-tied having played in the competition for parent club York City in an earlier round.

Tickets for Saturday's game are just £10 for adults and £5 for concessions – click here for information on how you can buy yours.
