Team News: Ebbsfleet United v Pools

14 November 2019

New boss Dave Challinor expects to have an almost fully-fitsquad to choose from for his first National League game in charge on Saturday.

Pools make the long trip to Ebbsfleet United this weekendlooking to build on Tuesday night's emphatic FA Cup win over Yeovil Town.

Gavan Holohan scored the second goal in the 4-1 triumph at

Huish Park before being withdrawn as a precaution early in the second half

after taking a knock but the midfielder is set to be fit for Saturday.

Gime Toure also returned in midweek, coming off the bench toconvert a penalty at Yeovil after recovering from an operation on his hand.

Luke Molyneux remains the only absentee as the midfield star

continues to step up his work following an ankle operation but he's not set for

a return to full training until the end of the month.

Ebbsfleet United boss Kevin Watson has admitted this week

that he is still searching for his best eleven since taking over permanently at

The Kuflink Stadium at the start of November.

Watson will turn to back-up keeper Harry Palmer for the visit of Pools this weekend because Jordan Holmes is away on international duty in China with Australia Under-23s.

However, he will have midfielder Albie Morgan available to him once again after he was unable to feature in the FA Cup due to the terms of his loan from Charlton Athletic.
