Myles Anderson Joins Aldershot On Loan

25 November 2019

Pools defender Myles Anderson has joined Aldershot Town onloan until the New Year.

The centre-back made 39 appearances in all competitions for

Pools during 2018/19 after joining the Club last summer but injury has

interrupted his progress in the current campaign.

An operation to repair damage to his teeth meant he missed a

chunk of pre-season and he then suffered a head injury during his comeback in

the game at Chorley in August which kept him on the sidelines for a spell with

concussion.

Now back to full fitness, Anderson is keen to get some regular football under his belt and new boss Dave Challinor has given the green light to his temporary move to The EBB Stadium.

The 29-year-old linked up with his new teammates over the weekend and will now be in contention for their trip to Yeovil Town on Tuesday night.

Anderson's loan deal means he is set to remain with the Hampshire outfit until after their game against Wrexham on Saturday 4th January 2020.
