Season Ticket Collections: All You Need To Know

Pools fans who have bought Season Tickets for 2019/20 will be able to collect them at the Club's Open Day on Saturday.

We're opening a collection point at Main Reception from 12.30pm until 3.30pm on Saturday during our Open Day to allow supporters to pick-up their Season Tickets ahead of the new campaign.

The Club announced last week that over 3,000 fans have snapped up Season Tickets during our Early Bird period and staff have been working hard to make sure they're all available for collection.

The Club's Ticket Office will also be open for collections on Sunday from 10am up until the 1pm kick-off in our latest pre-season friendly against Middlesbrough.

Of course, the Ticket Office is also open 10am until 4pm on Monday to Friday if you would prefer to call in and collect your Season Ticket at a later date.

What Do You Need To Bring?
Fans must remember to bring your receipt, along with any relevant identification that you may have been asked to show (such as for an Armed Forces or Student Season Ticket).

Someone else can collect your Season Ticket on your behalf if they have the receipt with them.

Postage Paid
If you paid the £2 for postage then these have started to be sent out and you should receive your Season Ticket shortly, if it hasn't been delivered already.

Moneywise
Fans who have chosen the Moneywise payment option might prefer to check with the Ticket Office to confirm that all the relevant information has been received to process your Season Ticket.
