Monkey Business welcomes Positive Mindset Coaching

We are delighted to welcome on board Positive Mindset Coaching to our Business Networking Club, Monkey Business.

Positive Mindset Coaching provides mindset and performance coaching for athletes, teams, business owners and individuals.

They help people build confidence, focus, resilience and composure under pressure so they can perform at their best.

Alongside performance work, PMC also support individuals on a one-to-one basis who may be struggling with anxiety, confidence issues, stress, or difficult life challenges such as loss or major change – helping them regain stability, clarity and control.

Their work covers both sport and everyday life, from supporting competitive athletes and young players to helping professionals manage pressure and decision-making in demanding environments.

PMC run a structured programme called The Mental Edge, as well as tailored one-to-one coaching.

They are based locally and work with clients across the North East and beyond, both in person and online.
