Hartlepool Cable Services renews and expands Pools partnership

Hartlepool United is delighted to announce that Hartlepool Cable Services has renewed and expanded its partnership with the Club.

The Hartlepool-based company has extended its sponsorship of the Rink End at Victoria Park until the end of the 2027/28 season, continuing its valued association with Pools.

As part of the expanded agreement, Hartlepool Cable Services will also become the Club’s Official Sleeve Partner for the 2026/27 campaign, with its logo appearing on the sleeves of the first team’s home and away shirts.

Established by Lee Douglas in March 2022, Hartlepool Cable Services has grown from a single cable squad into a business comprising four permanent members of staff and a workforce of more than 50 subcontractors.

The company delivers cable installation services across the country, working in sectors including water treatment and healthcare, with safety, quality and teamwork central to its operations.

Rose Stoker, Commercial & Operations Director at Hartlepool United, said: “We’re delighted that Hartlepool Cable Services has renewed its sponsorship of the Rink End and increased its support for the Club.

“Lee has built a successful business in a relatively short space of time, and throughout that growth he and his team have remained committed to Hartlepool and proud to support their local football club.

“Their decision to extend the Rink End sponsorship until the end of the 2027/28 season underlines their commitment to Pools, while becoming our Official Sleeve Partner is a significant addition to their involvement with the Club.

“It will be fantastic to see the Hartlepool Cable Services logo on our home and away shirts this season. I know how much that will mean to Lee and everyone involved with the business.

“We’re extremely grateful for their continued backing and look forward to building on what is already an excellent partnership over the coming seasons.”

Lee Douglas, Founder of Hartlepool Cable Services, said: “We’re incredibly proud to renew our sponsorship of the Rink End and expand our partnership with Pools.

“Hartlepool is our home and supporting the Club genuinely means a lot to us. We’ve really valued having our name associated with the Rink End, so extending the sponsorship until 2028 was an easy decision.

“Becoming the Club’s Official Sleeve Partner makes this agreement even more special. Seeing our logo on the home and away shirts will be a very proud moment for everyone at Hartlepool Cable Services.

“We’ve really enjoyed working with Rose and the team at the Club. We’re looking forward to continuing the partnership and wish Lee Clark, the players and everyone at Pools every success for the season ahead.”
