Community | Adult Survey

Hartlepool United Community Sports Foundation is working with HBC, Tees Valley Sport and Sport England as insight gathers for the Hartlepool Place Partnership (HPP) and are seeking to find out barriers and enablers (positive/negative) to physical activity in Hartlepool

If HUFC supporters could please complete the attached Adult QR Code survey:

The Adult Survey will enable us to collate information about some of the problems that exist in the area: Limited Accessible Facilities, Transport, Green Spaces, Financial Restraints, Health, Disability, Safety, Anti-Social Behaviour

HBC can then apply for approximately 1.5 million to Sport England in September to address the issues raised to promote physical activity in Hartlepool
