Frances and Patrick Connolly have once again thrown their support behind Pools, personally sponsoring the back of our new shirts for the upcoming season. For the third year running, their charity PFC Trust will be showcased using the back of our home shirts, while the Plastic Furniture Company will be printed on our away shirts.
Founded five years ago, the PFC Trust aims to improve the lives of people across the North East by highlighting and appreciating the good in the region and helping those who need it. The Connolly Family have supported a long list of grassroots sports clubs and groups in the town since the charity’s formation.
The PFC Trust will be displayed across the back of our home shirts this season, and just like last year, the charity will be giving away two season tickets in a competition. To be in with a chance of winning the tickets, make a £2 donation by simply texting PFCGive to 70085 before Sunday 30th June. The winner will be selected at random and announced the following day, and will be able to pick their own seat allocations.
There will also be coin collection days at the Suit Direct Stadium at selected home fixtures following great success last season.
The Plastic Furniture Company, sisters of the PFC Trust, will meanwhile be displayed on the back of our away shirts. The sustainable street furniture providers produce a wide range of moulded bins, outdoor seating, tables and storage. Click here to visit their website.
Commercial and Operations Director, Rose Stoker, commented:
“We’re really grateful for Frances and Patrick’s support once again this season. It’s great to enter the third year of our partnership with the PFC Trust and welcome the Plastic Furniture Company onboard. The charity plays a huge role in our community and it’s great to provide further exposure to the fantastic work they are doing.”
Founder of the PFC Trust, Frances Connolly, added:
“We’re delighted to sponsor Hartlepool United again for the 2024/25 season. The Club is very important to many people in the local community and it’s great to support them. It’s our hometown club and it’s easy to see the large effect is has on the area. We would like to wish everyone great success for the upcoming campaign.”
