Hartlepool United is proud to support the National League’s new partnership with Utility Warehouse, an agreement designed to benefit all 72 clubs and the communities at the heart of English football.
The deal sees Utility Warehouse become the first-ever Official Utilities Partner of the National League, with a shared ambition to champion clubs and supporters across the UK.
Utility Warehouse has been helping customers save on household bills for nearly 30 years, with more than 1.3 million UK households already benefiting from its multi-service model, combining energy, broadband and mobile into one account.
As part of the partnership, Pools supporters who sign up to Utility Warehouse’s multi-service offering will receive a £40 voucher to spend back with the Club, ensuring direct reinvestment into Hartlepool United.
Stuart Burnett, CEO of Utility Warehouse, said: “National League clubs are the soul of their communities and Utility Warehouse Partners are the heart of our business.
“We both thrive on making local connections, so it was a no-brainer to team up and help fans and clubs get on the front foot by saving time and money on their bills.
“Utility Warehouse and the National League both know the real magic happens at a local level, on the terraces and over the garden fence.
“Like the football clubs across the National League, National League North, and National League South, Utility Warehouse works with local people.
“These Utility Warehouse Partners are at the heart of communities across the country, helping their friends, family, and neighbours to save time and money on their household utilities.
“It’s a partnership that proves Utility Warehouse is in your corner – and just around the corner too.”
Phil Alexander, CEO of the National League added: “We are excited to have Utility Warehouse join us as an Official Partner of the National League.
“Our 72 clubs span the length and breadth of the UK, providing a fantastic opportunity for brands to engage with local communities.
“Utility Warehouse and the National League both know the real magic happens at a local level, on the terraces and over the garden fence.
“Through this partnership, our supporters will have the opportunity to save money on their household bills and we look forward to seeing the relationship go from strength to strength over the next 18 months.”
Rose Stoker, Operations & Commercial Director at Hartlepool United, said: “This is a partnership that brings real, practical benefits for our supporters.
“It’s important that we make the most of opportunities like this across the National League, but just as importantly, that they deliver something meaningful for our fans here at Hartlepool.
“Helping supporters reduce everyday costs, while also giving something back to the Club, makes this a really positive initiative for everyone involved.”
Utility Warehouse will be holding a series of supporter events at the Prestige Group Stadium throughout the season, giving fans the opportunity to receive an in-person bill review, explore ways to reduce household costs, and support Hartlepool United at the same time.
Emily Carr, Utility Warehouse Partner said: “I’m incredibly proud to be supporting Hartlepool United through my role as a Utility Warehouse partner, because strong relationships and meaningful partnerships, are at the heart of everything we do.
“This collaboration is about more than raising vital funds for the club; it’s about standing alongside the Pools community and helping people save money during challenging times.
“For the people, powered by people and as someone Hartlepool born and bred, I’m truly excited to be part of something that brings our community closer together.”
