Community | Rainbow Laces

The Premier League works together with the clubs to celebrate and promote LGBTQ+ inclusion all year round.

This is underpinned by significant work to improve policies and practices, including reporting measures and pastoral care, as well as staff training and wide-ranging education programmes.

Football is for all, and everyone is welcome.

We can all play a part in reporting homophobia and transphobia abuse and/or chanting.

If you see it, challenge it and report it.

Clubs work hard to promote equality and diversity in everything they do, from creating an inclusive atmosphere and experience at stadiums to the delivery of numerous community and education projects.

The Premier League and clubs use their platforms to encourage fans to demonstrate allyship, hold open conversations to support LGBTQ+ people and help create an environment where everyone feels welcome.

The HUCSF has highlighted the Rainbow Laces campaign, as we believe it is important at all levels of the football pyramid to be inclusive and make football stadiums a welcoming place for those from all backgrounds and groups.

We believe the town of Hartlepool is a caring and inclusive town, and we can translate that into the terraces of the Prestige Group Stadium.

With your help, we can make our home more inclusive to those who follow Pools with us.
