Community | Play Safe campaign

Hartlepool United Community Sports Foundation are proud to be working with the FA and Play Safe.

Play Safe is football’s year-round campaign that amplifies the importance of safeguarding children and young people at every level of the game, that took place on 27-28 September 2025.

This year, creating environments where children and young people feel empowered and listened to is the focus.

Listening isn’t just about serious disclosures — it starts with everyday moments and simple conversations because ‘Small talk is bigger than you think’.

FA-affiliated grassroots clubs Pools Youth U9 and Seaton U7 were invited to be Player Escorts to Hartlepool United and Tamworth players on Saturday 27th September home match.
