H’ANGUS MASCOT SUIT HIRE

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY

GENERAL

• You are entering into a hire agreement. If you don’t understand anything in the agreement, PLEASE CONTACT US.
• It is the responsibility of the person hiring the equipment to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury to users or damage to mascot costume.
• Our mascot equipment has a minimum operating age of 18 years. A responsible adult must closely CHAPERONE the mascot at ALL TIMES.
• No smoking, barbeques or naked flames near the mascot costume.
• There will be no food or drinks near the mascot costumes. No face-paints will be used near the mascot or be worn by the mascot operator as it can permanently stain the costume.
• The mascot costume must be kept away from water. This includes rain, hail, drizzle, humid weather and swimming pools.
• Children require supervision whilst in the vicinity of the mascot costume at ALL TIMES.
• I accept that the costume is hired in good condition with any faults recorded and notified immediately (within 4 hours when received).
• Costumes are for hire only and must be returned on the agreed date and time. We understand situations can arise that are out with our control, please contact us at your earliest opportunity.
• I confirm the mascot costume will be returned in an acceptable, as supplied condition. ie clean, unsoiled and undamaged. If it is soiled or damaged, I will be expected to pay for repair or replacement (should repair not be an option)
• Hartlepool United FC cannot accept any responsibility for any injury or damages to anyone or anything during the time that the mascots are on hire.
• H’Angus is associated with the Hartlepool United brand and as such anybody operating the equipment should behave in a manner that is appropriate when representing Hartlepool United. This includes: no smoking, no drinking, no foul or abusive language, no aggressive behaviour or any other behaviour which could bring the Club into disrepute.
