Guide For New Fans

Welcome to the Suit Direct Stadium! We have put together this guide to help you plan your first visit to the ground to make the day as stress free as possible.

It’s always great to look at the matchday experience with a fresh pair of eyes, so if you have any suggestions or feedback we would love to hear from you at supporterliaison@hartlepoolunited.co.uk and mark for the attention of Sarah Rowntree, Supporter Liaison Officer.

Tickets

Tickets are available in advance from our website or in person from the ticket office which is open 10am-4pm Monday to Friday, and 10am until kick off on home matchdays.

Full details of pricing can be found here: Matchday Prices - Hartlepool United

The ticket office does get very busy from 1pm onwards on matchdays, so we would always recommend buying in advance where possible.

Tickets purchased in advance will be available to collect from the main ticket office on Clarence Road. After 1pm on matchday Saturdays (5:45pm for evening fixtures), tickets will be available from the collection window for the relevant stand. If you are unsure, please ask a member of staff who will be happy to help.

The ticket windows at The Acland Homes Stand and Longbranch Homes Stand also sell tickets from 1pm (card only).

Please note that U14s will not be allowed entry to The Suit Direct Stadium without an adult.

Concessions

We offer discounted tickets for children, students, young people, seniors and armed forces.

Please be advised that we may ask for ID for concessions when they reach the turnstiles. It's not always easy to gauge how old somebody is, so if you are stopped please don't take offence and be prepared if you look older/younger than your age. We will always ask for Student and Veteran ID so please make sure you carry this with you.

If you are unable to provide the relevant ID when stopped you may be required to pay adult price.

Under 5s can attend for free when accompanied by a full paying adult but they will require a ticket so please ensure you order this along with the rest of your party.

We also offer a free companion ticket to accompany fans who are in receipt of Higher Rate Disability Allowance or Enhanced PIP (we will need to see proof of this benefit).

Where to sit

The Longbranch Homes Stand, is our main stand and is fully seated with great views. It also houses our designed Family Enclosure in Blocks A and B and our Directors area and Disabled Enclosure.

The Acland Homes Stand is where the famous “North West Corner” is located and there is seating and terracing available. It’s popular with fans who like to chant and sing and hosts the local drummer. If you would like to stand, but prefer a quieter experience, we would suggest the Brunel Stand behind the goal.  Please note that U14s cannot purchase tickets in Block F of The Acland Homes Stand but are welcome anywhere else within this area.
