Welcome to Pools Player

Following Pools' relegation from the EFL, there will be changes to video streaming and audio commentary for the 2023/24 season.

VIDEO STREAMING

Live streaming of all our National League matches will continue to be available to supporters overseas. This will be via the National League TV platform.

Fans in the UK & Ireland will be able live stream any matches that take place outside of the UEFA Article 48 window, which restricts games taking place at 3pm on Saturdays from being shown live domestically. These will also be available to watch via the National League TV platform, except for those which are chosen for live broadcast by TNT Sports.

Details on the packages and prices being offered by the National League can be found via their platform HERE.

AUDIO COMMENTARY

Audio commentary for all of our games in the upcoming season will still be provided through our own website, via the rebranded Pools Player.

As we are now outside of the EFL collective, the iFollow service will no longer be available to Pools supporters.

Audio passes will remain the same price as previous years, with seasonal passes at £45 and monthly passes available for £4.49.

These are now available to purchase by clicking HERE. Those who are already subscribed to an audio seasonal or monthly pass should have received an email from iFollow explaining the changes.

Please note, when subscribing to one of these packages, your confirmation receipt will still be from the EFL/iFollow, as they are still providing the platform for us to broadcast.

HIGHLIGHTS

Pools supporters will be used to having highlights from our league matches available to view from midnight of the day/night of the game.

However, in the National League, all clubs are embargoed from sharing match footage or highlights on any media platform until the conclusion of the TNT Sports highlights show at the weekend.

Furthermore, whereas EFL clubs had each match filmed for them with a recording (including highlights packages) sent to us, home clubs in the National League are required to film the match themselves, which means the quality of recording may vary.

With a large number of clubs being based in the south of the country, there will be significant travelling distances for club staff and supporters alike. Although we will endeavour to upload content as quickly as possible following games, this is dependent on travelling arrangements and internet availability when returning from matches.

All highlights, interviews and other exclusive footage will be posted on our YouTube channel for supporters to watch for free with no sign up required. Click HERE to access our YouTube account.
