If you’re planning a trip to Victoria Park as an away fan to support your team then here is some information that may be of use to you.
The Smith & Graham Stand
Away supporters are situated in the Smith & Graham Stand (also known as the Rink End). This is an all-seated stand which has a maximum capacity of 1,035. There is no terraced area available for away supporters. There is space for 14 wheelchair users within the Smith & Graham Stand.
Away tickets are priced at £18 for adults and £9 for concessions (Over 60s, Under 19s, Students, Armed Forces – all with valid ID). Under 16s are just £5.
Ambulant /wheelchair disabled fans pay their relevant age category and are entitled to a free carer if in receipt of enhanced rate PIP/high rate DLA.
The Club Ticket Office is open from 10am to kick-off on a matchday. Turnstiles 1 & 2 on Clarence Road open approximately one hour prior to kick off and away fans can pay cash or card on the turnstiles (except for all-ticket fixtures).
You can contact Kate in the Ticket Office on 01429 272584 (option 2) or email email@example.com.
Food & Drink
We have a catering outlet inside the away end at Victoria Park that serves a selection of hot and cold snacks – including our famous foot-long hotdogs.
We also have a bar facility in the away stand. Please note, this will not be open when the expected away following is less than 150. However, there will then be alcohol on sale from the catering outlet in the away stand.
Also, away fans are welcome to enjoy a pre-match drink in our Centenary Bar, which is situated on Clarence Road. The Centenary Bar provides a friendly atmosphere for home and away supporters, where you can enjoy a pre-match pint while watching live football on TV (subject to availability).
The Blue Print is our popular Matchday Programme and it is available for sale on the day of a game priced at £3. You can get your copy from one of our Programme Sellers who will be situated at the four corners of the ground prior to kick off and then inside of the ground from kick off.
They are also on sale in the Club Ticket Office, Club Shop and main reception.
If you don’t pick a copy up on a matchday, we sell back copies in the Club Ticket Office (subject to availability).
If you would be looking for somewhere to park your car on a matchday, there are a number of options available to you.
We have an official Club Car Park here at Victoria Park and we do have the occasional spaces available for sale on a matchday. Limited spaces may be available at £5 by calling Emma Wilkinson at the Club in advance on 01429 272 584 (option 9).
There is parking available in the Millhouse Car Park, which is situated behind the Niramax Stand here at The Vic on Rium Terrace, off Raby Road. Spaces are charged at £3 each and, again, this is on a first-come-first-served basis.
If you are planning an overnight stay for your visit to Hartlepool, you can receive discount at The Melbourne Hotel by quoting Hartlepool United FC. Contact Mark on 01429 277776 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Click here to view their website.
