Strength & Conditioning Coach
Cieran joined Pools in late February of 2023 and was appointed as Strength & Conditioning Coach.
Since securing his first role in football as a Strength & Conditioning Intern at Stevenage FC Academy, Cieran has gained almost 10 years of experience in multiple sports, high performance, and rehabilitation at both senior and youth levels. His provision at Hartlepool sees him take charge and develop the physical preparation of both first-team and academy players.
Going into the 2023/24 season, Cieran set up a partnership with Teesside University’s Performance Hub to provide players with additional Sport Science support and conduct in-house football science research projects to benefit all teams at the club.
