First Team Manager

Sarll was appointed Pools manager following the conclusion of the 2023/24 National League season.

He holds a 20-year coaching career, having gained experience in various capacities including first-team coach at Brentford, Head of Player Development at Rotherham and Head of Academy at Watford.

He spent two years as Stevenage manager in League Two before guiding Yeovil Town to the National League play-off spots in 2020.

He moved onto Woking where an impressive 2022/23 campaign saw the Cards make the National League play-offs for the first time ever in the club’s history. In total, Sarll has managed over 300 games in senior football.
