Season Tickets: Key Dates And Information

Here is everything you need to know if you’re planning on joining us for the new campaign by picking up a Season Ticket for 2019/20.

The Club has once again frozen prices on Season Tickets for the new campaign and we’ve had a great summer of sales so far as fans race to take advantage of our great deals.

The Early Bird period is still running at the moment, meaning you can pick up some fantastic deals if you want to come along and join the passion at Pools during 2019/20.

KEY DATES

Seat Reservation Deadline
Current Season Ticket holders who want to keep their same seat for 2019/20 have until 6pm on Friday 28th June.

Fixture Release Day
The fixtures for the new National League season are released on the morning of Wednesday 3rd July so you’ll be able to plan which games you can and can’t make it to.

Early Bird Deadline
Fans can take advantage of our great Early Bird deals up until the deadline at 6pm on Friday 5th July.

OPENING HOURS

Regular Ticket Office opening hours are Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm.

However, the Club has also allocated several days throughout the summer for late or weekend opening to allow further opportunities for supporters to purchase Season Tickets:

Friday 28th June: 10am – 6pm
Tuesday 2nd July: 10am – 6pm
Friday 5th July: 10am – 6pm

APPLICATION FORMS

All renewal forms were posted out to existing Season Ticket holders but additional forms can be downloaded (click here) and are also available from the Ticket Office.

Fans are asked, where possible, to complete application forms before coming to the Ticket Office as this will help to reduce queuing at peak times.

MONEYWISE CREDIT UNION

Fans who have opted to spread their payments via our instalment plan with Moneywise are reminded that they also need to complete a Season Ticket application form (one form per person).

These completed application forms need to be submitted to our Ticket Office for their Season Ticket purchase to be processed and completed.

Fans who have only completed the Moneywise finance application may miss out on their reserved seat if they have not also completed their Season Ticket forms and returned them to HUFC by Friday 28th June at 6pm.

Completed application forms can be sent to the Club via email to tickets@hartlepoolunited.co.uk or handed in directly to the Ticket Office.

POSTAGE/COLLECTION OF SEASON TICKETS

Fans who have paid the addition £2 postage, either online or at the Ticket Office, will automatically have their Season Tickets sent out to them in July once they have been printed.

Season Tickets will also be available for collection in July, though we will confirm an exact date in due course.
