Pools fans are advised that the Club will be closing a small section of The Neale Cooper Stand with immediate effect to allow for a safety upgrade.
Work is to be carried out towards the end of the stand in the North West Corner and two columns of seats will be unavailable from Monday’s game against Wrexham moving forward.
A small number of Season Ticket holders will be affected by this work and these will be contacted by the Club imminently to discuss alternatives in close proximity to their original seats.
“One of the highlights of the last few months has been the development of the atmosphere in the North West Corner and we want to do all we can to encourage that,” explained Chief Executive, Mark Maguire.
“Plans have been drawn up to increase the size of the barrier in that part of the stand but hopefully those imminent changes won’t inhibit fans’ enjoyment of the game and we hope they continue in the same vein for Monday’s game.”
