Preview: Pools take on Bromley at home

It has been the perfect start to the season for Pools as they go into the Tuesday night game looking to make it four wins from four.

Wins against Aldershot, Chesterfield and most recently Maidenhead has got Pools sitting top of the pile in the National League.

It has been a mixed start to the season for our opponents after a convincing 4-1 win in their oepining game against Dover was followed by a 2-1 home defeat to Torquay.

Bromley sit 13th in the table, exactly where they finished last year and manager Neil Smith will be hoping the tie at The Vic will be a repeat of last season. Goals from Holohan and Mafuta were not enough as the thrilling tie ended 3-2 to the visitors last August.

The Lilywhites have made 12 new signings this summer. Most notably signing centre forward James Alabi from Leyton Orient and Tom Purrington from Plymouth.

Live streaming will be available from 7:30pm with commentary from Alex Chandy and Pools legend Keith Nobbs:
